Each cutting board is hand crafted with a variety of planked wood species, depending upon availability, so every one is unique. All boards are approximately 12x16 and have been put through a food safe curing process so they are ready for you to put them to work.

After use, wash with mild, blue dish washing detergent and hot water. Each month, be sure to oil the board with mineral oil to help it maintain moisture.

When purchasing with etched initials, please specify up to 3 letters and the desired order of the initials prior to submitting.
